Strengthening Preschool Data for Better Outcomes 

Format: Virtual Hybrid PLC (4 hours synchronous + 4 hours asynchronous) 

Virtual Meeting Dates: April 16th, 23rd, 30th, & May 7th from 3:00-4:00pm

Join us for an interactive professional learning community designed to strengthen data collection and reporting in preschool programs. Together, we’ll explore how accurate data improves programs, ensures IDEA compliance, and supports positive outcomes for children with disabilities.

We’ll focus on: 

  • Why accurate data matters 

  • Collecting, interpreting, and entering Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) and Child Outcomes Summary (COS) data 

  • Practical strategies for state and federal reporting 

  • Tools like the IDEA Data Decision Tree 

  • Real-world scenarios to apply your learning 

Participants will leave with clear, actionable steps to improve data accuracy, enhance program quality, and promote better outcomes for preschool children.
